Channel 10 Party

Hey guys,
So during the week on thursday we had the channel 10 Winter launch party!
it was great fun and really interesting as soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted and had our photos take it was almost making the olympic dream seem even closer that it already is!!

I got to meet a lot of the channel 10 team they were all such amazing people they also introduced the commentators for the 2014 Sochi Olympics (Alisa Camplin, Steven Bradbury) two of australia's best Winter sports athletes ever!!

it was really cool to meet all the other athletes that we would normally never see. Such as the luge, skeleton, and ice skaters because of the different locations of our training venues but now having more of a relationship with all the athletes made it feel like a really team experience which is really cool leading into the Olympics

Australian Idol Re-union 

Hey,
So i went down to Melbourne for the Olympic Induction and it was great fun, I got to try on some of the Olympic gear and it looked awesome, met up with all the athletes from all the different disciplines like Ice skaters and aerials and getting to meet up with all my friends from the snow. Also, i got drug tested (Awkward!!)

While i was down there i got to go say hi to my sponsor Bolle, They were really nice and helpful i cant way to go back down to say hi again

I even got some new sunglasses STOKED

Copper Usasa BX comp

howdy

so yesterday i competed in the bx comp at copper mtn in open class i finished 4th which i was pretty proud of considering all of the istc athletes had had 3 weeks to train on the coarse and i had 2 days the coarse is really dodge and had a lot of useless features but it was fun hope they can make it better for the Nor-am

double corks

so its been a while since my last blog but i thought it was time to get back on it and is there any better way then to start of with me learning double cork, yeah so this week i learnt front side double cork 1080 so pumped for it and a can barely believe i did it so stoked check out the video:)

Canada

Well i finally we mad it to canada after a long day of traveling its awsome at big white but its living up to its reputation of The Big White Out which sucks but looking forward to competing in my first ever Nor-Am cant wait!!!!!

Rev Tour

So today i competed in the Revoloution Tour at Copper Mtn in Half Pipe, I was pretty stoked on how i did i came 56th out of 110 people which i thought was amazing because i only had one practise day straight to competition. so for my 1st Run i did 2 Straight airs, 540, straight air, 720 and for my second run i did 2 straight airs, Back to Back 540's, 720, Cab 3 which i was pretty impressed with because that was my first back 5 of the year.

USASA copper

So today i Competed in the USASA Half-pipe comp which was really fun i compete agains allot of my friends, I through down a sick run i was so stoked with my second run i think i landed the best Front 540 tail grab of my life but it still wasn't enough to beat carter smalley through down a sick run, and had a lot of fun doing this comp i Got 3rd which i was Stoked with.
